"Gloria's office is exceptional. Dayana in particular was so thorough and polite it made shopping around for car insurance pleasant. Until I spoke to her everything was done by AI, bots and website forms. I spoke to her and in the span of 5-10 minutes laid out the coverage I was looking for and also was able to find a few ways to shave off some cost by modifying my insurance without losing any meaningful coverage. I purchased the insurance and not only did I get a good price, I was able to work with a real live person."
